Flexible Rate

The flexible rate allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. No prepayment is required; only a credit card is needed as a guarantee.

After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged.

Non-cancellable and Non-refundable Rate

The non-cancellable and non-refundable rate requires full prepayment of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the full amount paid will be retained by the establishment.

If the amount paid is expressly classified as a deposit (“arrhes”), all deposits paid shall be permanently retained in the event of cancellation by the guest, in accordance with Article 1590 of the French Civil Code.

Information

Breakfast is served as a buffet in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and until 10:30 a.m. on weekends. The price is €20 per day and per person for guests over 12 years old and €10.50 for children aged 4 to 12.

Pets are accepted upon request.

The establishment has an underground car park with 60 spaces. Parking is charged at €16 per day.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Eurocard. Cheques are not accepted.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Following a prior written complaint submitted to the establishment, and if no amicable solution can be reached, the guest may refer the matter to the French Tourism and Travel Mediator at the following address:
