At what time can we take possession of our room?
Your room will be available from 16:00. In the event of a morning arrival, you can entrust us with your bags free of charge until your room is ready.
At what time should the room be released?
The day of your departure, you have your room until noon. We can keep your luggages free in our luggage room if you want to fully enjoy your last hours in Aix en Provence.

Yes, we have a secured underground car park of 60 places for 12 € per day. Height of the vehicle maximum allowed: 5 feet 11 inches (1m80). A public parking is also at your disposal around our hotel, it is paying by date and time machine from Monday to Saturday.

Our restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00. Restaurant reservations are recommended.

We provide an iron and ironing board on request at the reception. An outsourced pressing service is available, a card with the rates charged by our service provider is placed in the wardrobe of your room.
I am allergic to certain foods, what can you offer me?
We can offer you some alternatives for your breakfast such as gluten-free bread and / or soy milk. Do not forget to mention it at the time of the reservation, we will try to answer it at best.

The city tax is payable locally at a supplement of 3.27 € per day and per person, children under 12 years are exempt from city tax.

Is my account debited automatically and immediately at the time of booking or do I have to pay for my stay upon arrival at the hotel or on departure?
This is only a guarantee of booking, so you are charged on your departure at the hotel. However, in order to benefit from the lowest price, our rates may be payable in advance. In this case, your credit card will be debited.
